  • Perform as per annual Performance Plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis to achieve pre-decided targets and goals of organization. • Takes care of reporting & scheduling of the branch, Planning of the branch performance, • Taking care of the costing and manpower distribution of the branch • Coordination of Prospecting, identifying and developing new customers and maintaining existing customers for Pathway Publication Services and Exhibitions and Convention Services with marketing team. • Conduct Relationship Management with customers and clients of Pathway Group on a regular basis. • Create Opportunities for existing products. • Meeting and making Presentations to new and existing clients on a regular basis. • Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. • Negotiate contracts with clients/organizations/institutions related to Sell/Market of 'Advertisement - Space' for Pathway Educational Directories for the state of Karnataka & Maharashtra and exhibition stalls for GEE, Education Vista, Spot Admission Fairs & IIMEE. • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. • Organize and Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, road shows, educational fairs, events working with developers, advertisers, and to market products and services. • Interact with prospective clients within India regularly through telephonic and email communications. • Obtain Customer feedback periodically and take necessary actions for ensuring high delivery against Expectations.
